It’s been too long since I’ve been here and I apologize.
This blogging life and I are not exactly best of friends. That being said, I really need to share this exciting night with you all.
You may know by now that here at HITK we’re working on a little TV show to bring our delicious meals to your screens. Well to do that we need loads of money which we are raising.
On the 21st of June we held an investor dinner to drum up interest in the project and raise funds. It was a great night and I had my awesome sous chef, Chef Ramon, in the kitchen with me. He’s also a Le Cordon Bleu graduate and a dream to work with. Check him out on instagram, @ohwallaby, he does some amazing stuff with local yoruba ingredients. I’ve had his agbalumo vodka and it was to die for.
