The first edition of The Nigerian Fusion Food tour was held in the months of November and December 2016 in both local and international cities with Chef Imoteda headlining the tour. The response was enthusiastic and brought people from all walks of life together to try her new and innovative approach to Nigerian food.

Chef Imoteda is a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef who has long shared her passion for cooking with family and friends before deciding to share it with the world. She’s the Head Chef at “Heels in the Kitchen” a food service company dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary experiences with a focus on quality ingredients accessible locally.
Chef Emeka owns a food company called Helene’s Food Co located in the Federal Capital Territory Abuja Nigeria. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris with a Grande Diplome in Cuisine and Patisserie, Emeka’s food has been described as a marriage of French and Nigerian cuisine. Emeka has for two years now been selected as one of 1000 chefs in the world celebrating the Good France event.
